At E3 Infinity Ward let out a couple of screens for the Multiplayer in the next Modern Warfare. We’re treated to shots of a sniper in those iconic ghillie suits and a minigun-wielding juggernaut soldier. This signals the return of the quirks from Call of Duty 4 where your appearance changes based on your loadout. We do know cosmetics are included in the game so we’ll see how that changes these screenshots. Check out that minigun, a newcomer to the multiplayer modes.
Additionally, Infinity Ward has confirmed that Spec-Ops is returning as the co-operative multiplayer offering of this year’s game. It’s been a while since Modern Warfare 3 introduced Survival in its stead, so you might expect a much bigger offering of content than Modern Warfare 2. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare launches on Xbox, PS4 and PC on October 25.
