Apex Legends is a rock-solid formula. 60 players in teams of three, and that’s it. While the slow pace of Season 1 was knocked by players, Season 2 is willing to shake things up. Team size included apparently, as Solos is coming for a limited time next week.

Starting August 13th and running until the 27th, players will be able to queue up for solos. It’s likely to have a have a different meta for hero viability, but players have begged for this since launch. Apex Legends is free to play on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
