SNK has a big DLC future in store for Samurai Shodown. With Rimururu planned for this month, every month after will feature a new character. The rest of 2019 will include Basara, Kazuki Kazama, and Wan-Fu. But there’s one extra character coming: Shizumaru Hisame is a free DLC character being added in September alongside Basara.
Going in 2020, Season 2 is planned to include at least 4 characters. The first will be the winner of a popularity poll: Mina Majikina is the first planned to release. Check out the trailer.
