Polish media reports two more Cyberpunk 2077 projects

Cyberpunk 2077 is finally taking us to Night City later next year, but developer CD Projekt Red isn’t doing a one-time gig. Polish news outlet Bankier is reporting that CDPR president Adam Kiciński has three teams working on Cyberpunk 2077 projects: The open-world RPG we all know, a standalone multiplayer game and their next large-scale production also based on the Cyberpunk property.

It is interesting that their multiplayer game is both standalone and not “major”. Night City will doubtlessly captivate our imagination in the same ways Skyrim did, and multiplayer will always be our wish. CDPR is known for unconventional spinoffs in the way of Gwent and Thronebreaker, so we’ll just have to wait and see. The next big thing at the polish studio is also Cyberpunk-related, which may as well be another game in the same vein or potentially DLC.

Cyberpunk 2077 releases on PC, PS4 and Xbox One next year.
