Daemon X Machina gets release trailer, crazy controller collab

While From Software is eventually going to have to make another Armored Core, Daemon X Machina is gearing up to launch in September. The Special Missions demo gave us an idea of how the game handled, and the full release is later this year. Check out the trailer from the Nintendo E3 Direct.

One of the more unexpected announcements is that dedicated peripheral maker Hori is making a set of Joy-cons for this game. They’re really big and essentially slap both sides of the Pro Controller onto your console. They’re only usable in handheld play and won’t include extras like gyro, IR cam, or HD Rumble. We’re not expecting to see this outside of Japan but pricing is around $40. Check that out, and if we see it around we’ll try to get a hands-on.
